Yep, it is our 8th year! This year the Headwaters Hoedown will be at the beautiful Cross Arrow Ranch in Conejos County on Saturday, September 15th.
This year we are especially excited to share this ranch with you, as well as offer two tours in the area. One to the nearby community of La Sauces to get a historical perspective on it, and the other, a conservation tour of the adjoining, recently protected, Olguin Ranch. The tours will meet at 10:45am before the Hoedown in separate locations (please only sign up for one tour) and finish around noon and are free for those going to the Hoedown but please sign up in advance as spots are limited to 20 people each. Please see the Hoedown page for details
Local food will be provided by Pepitas Catering with music by Valley favorites The Rifters featuring Don Richmond as well as Mariachi San Luis. This year's silent auction is shaping up to be as good as or better than ever with all sorts of great local items and experiences.
Tickets, which include food and drinks, are:
$30 up until September 8th, starting September 9th they will cost $40 and they will be available at the event.
Children 16 and under are free.
